I am a highly creative designer with experience across numerous genres of design including UI / UX, Digital Painting, Illustration, and 3D Modeling to name a few. I enjoy the collaborative creative process, solving complex visual problems and the satisfaction of producing something that can be used effectively as well as enjoyed. Specialties: Translating abstract ideas to concepts, working through complex visual space, illustration, sketching, art asset creation, 3d modeling, and visual leadership.
1997 - 2000
San Antonio College was the foundation of my entire college journey. Here I formed my first understanding of traditional art from Art History to Animation. I began my first class in Photoshop here. This was the door step of the 3d animation boom in cinema and video games and SAC was on the cutting edge of 3d training.

The most valuable skill I learned at DBU was independence with a broader world view.
2014 - 2016
This program is one of the best in the nation for a very good reason. It challenged and improved my skills in drawing, concept design, and all aspects of 3d art, helping me pursue higher standards in my artistic development.

Creative Agency • Designed logos, websites, animated Flash content, and marketing materials for non profits and small business. • Conducted initial client conversation to gain insight to client visual direction and project scope. • Reason for leaving: Pursue opportunity to work at Agency designing for international level clients such as Sony Entertainment, Michelin, and Disney etc.
I designed this app icon as part of a project I worked with Sweet Action Games where I had been tasked with creating UI for a new app game call Dance Messenger now available on iTunes.

This project was built from the ground up using AxureRP, a new standard in rapid prototyping process. Rather than building numerous static wireframes to communicate the interactive process, Axure allows a designer to work through interactions and user flows as well as test builds live and get instant feedback that can be quickly translated back in to the project for further feedback. I found that using this method in my recent work increased accuracy and productivity between stakeholder and developers, which in turn rapidly increased the turnaround of the product to the end client and eventual user.UX, user experience, UI Design
